Eligibility Criteria for Returns & Replacements

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The item(s) must be in their original, unused condition.

• All replacements are subject to inspection and approval by the Daksh Shree Gems team.

• Any damage caused due to negligence or improper usage will not be covered under our Returns & Replacement Policy.

The product must be returned with its Original Product Certificate, Original or Copy of the Invoice, original packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, and any other accompanying materials.

Return Policy for Loose Gemstones

• Loose gemstones can be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they meet the conditions stated above.

• A 100% refund of the gemstone price will be issued.

• Shipping charges, certification fees, VAT, and duties are non-refundable.

Return Policy for Gemstone Jewelry

• Custom-made jewelry (including rings, pendants, bracelets, etc.) is not eligible for a cash refund.

• You may request a store credit worth 75% of the invoice value within 7 days of delivery for future purchases.

Cancellation Policy

​

• If you cancel a jewelry order, Daksh Shree Gems will deduct 25% of the total purchase price as making charges.

• If your order includes a paid certification, the certification cost will not be refunded upon cancellation.

Important Notes

​

• Shipping charges, VAT, and duties are non-refundable.

• Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

• Payment gateway charges (if applicable) will not be refunded as they are billed directly by the payment provider.

• Additional lab certification costs (if any) beyond the free certification provided with the gemstone are non-refundable.

• Processing time for returns is 7-10 business days from the date the product is received at our facility.

• Refunds via credit card or bank transfers may take an additional week to reflect in your account.
