However, if you terminate your subscription, you will not be eligible for any refunds on unused subscription fees or access to any purchased digital content or reports.
Daksh Shree Gems reserves the right to terminate your membership and/or subscription by notifying you via the email address you provided during registration. If your membership is terminated due to a violation of this Agreement, you will not be eligible for any refunds.
All account termination decisions are made solely at the discretion of Daksh Shree Gems, and the company is not required to provide prior notice or disclose the reason for termination. Even after the termination of your membership or subscription, this Agreement shall remain in effect, and any terms that naturally survive termination shall continue to apply.
7. Right to Form Consortium/Associates
While providing services, Daksh Shree Gems may outsource certain tasks or responsibilities to competent individuals or organizations, with or without prior disclosure to you. However, your membership rights and obligations remain solely with DakshShreeGems.com and do not extend to these third-party entities.
8. Proprietary Rights
a) Ownership of Content

The Website contains copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information owned by Daksh Shree Gems and its licensors.
