Shipping Policy

At Daksh Shree Gems, we are committed to delivering your order with care, accuracy, and timeliness. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the dispatch, delivery, and handling of orders placed on our official website: www.dakshshreegems.com.

 

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship to all major cities and towns across India. For international shipping, please contact our customer service team before placing your order to confirm serviceability and applicable charges.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All in-stock loose gemstones are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of receiving the confirmed order.

  • Custom-made jewelry items (including rings, pendants, and bracelets) require 7–12 business days for crafting and quality checks prior to shipment.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

3. Shipping Methods & Partners

We partner with reputed logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery:

  • Domestic Shipments: Delivered via insured and trackable courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, or India Post.

  • International Shipments: Handled via trusted global couriers like DHL, FedEx, or Aramex, depending on destination availability.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available across India for all orders above ₹5,000.

  • Orders below ₹5,000 may incur a nominal shipping charge based on the delivery location and weight.

  • International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination country.

Note: Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) for international orders must be borne by the customer.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number and shipping details will be sent to your registered email ID and/or phone number. You can track your order status through the respective courier’s tracking portal.

6. Packaging and Insurance

All items are securely packaged in tamper-proof, discreet boxes to ensure privacy and protection during transit. Every shipment is fully insured against loss or theft until it reaches your doorstep.

Important: Please do not accept any shipment if the package appears tampered with, damaged, or opened. In such cases, report the issue to our support team immediately.

7. Delivery Timeframes

  • Domestic Deliveries: 3–7 business days post-dispatch.

  • International Deliveries: 7–15 business days post-dispatch, depending on customs clearance and local regulations.

8. Delayed Deliveries

Daksh Shree Gems is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural calamities

  • Political unrest

  • Customs delays

  • Courier partner constraints

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses

We will, however, make every reasonable effort to assist you in resolving delivery-related issues

9. Change of Address

Changes to the shipping address can only be made before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, rerouting requests may incur additional charges and are subject to courier policies.

10. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to the recipient being unavailable or incorrect address details, the courier may attempt re-delivery. If the package is returned to us, re-shipment charges will be borne by the customer.
